Yes, the YOYO Stokke stroller in the 6+ version can recline, but not completely. The stroller’s backrest is adjustable in multiple positions.
Even though the backrest doesn’t recline completely, you don’t need that for your baby to have a nice nap on board the YOYO stroller during your outings and travels.
I can guarantee this from my three years of experience and using my two YOYOs daily.
